Marafiq has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, represented by the Support Services Agency – Assistant Agency for Technical Affairs, under the patronage of His Excellency the Deputy Minister, Mr. Yasser Al-Babtain.
His Excellency Eng. Khaled Al-Ammar, Assistant Deputy for Technical Affairs, signed on behalf of the Ministry, while Marafiq was represented by its CEO, Eng. Majed Al-Haidari.
The memorandum aims to:
- Activate the Marafiq computerized system for managing and maintaining the Ministry's facilities.
- Apply the SADID artificial intelligence model to analyze performance and raise operational efficiency.
- Support digital transformation by providing digital business solutions that improve the quality and efficiency of the work environment.
This step is part of the Ministry's efforts to build an outstanding government work environment through continuous improvement and innovation, in partnership with the private sector.
